PNW BARCS — Bringing Animal Rescue & Community Support — is a Pacific Northwest nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the human–animal bond and keeping pets with the people who love them. We focus on prevention, compassion, and community-centered care that supports families during difficult times, especially seniors and veterans who may face barriers to accessing traditional pet services. Through rescue partnerships, accessible programs, and a commitment to humane care, we work to reduce pet overpopulation, prevent overcrowded shelters, and create long-lasting community impact across the PNW.
